STORE SECURITY. A. The Employer agrees to provide such security (including the employment of armed guards) as may be necessary to minimize the exposure of employees to bodily harm in stores where armed robbery and violence are presently or in the future become a continuing problem. The provisions of this Article shall be implemented as soon as practicable. It is understood that disputes under this Section shall go directly to final binding arbitration.
STORE SECURITY. The Employer will establish and publish a written policy setting out its guidelines for employee safety and store security. These guidelines shall make clear that no employee is required to take any action in response to theft or security incidents which may endanger the safety of the employee.
