STATUTORY INVALIDITY. 25.1 The CUSTOMER and the CONTRACTOR expressly agree that should any limitation or provision contained in this Contract be held to be invalid under any particular Law, it shall to that extent be deemed to be omitted but, if either the CUSTOMER or the CONTRACTOR thereby becomes liable for loss or damage which would have otherwise been excluded, such liability shall be subject to the other limitations and provisions set out herein.

The CONTRACTOR shall meet all reasonable requests by the CUSTOMER for information evidencing compliance with the provisions of Clause 26.1 by the CONTRACTOR.

ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS The SERVICE PROVIDER shall comply in all material respects with all applicable environmental laws and regulations in force from time to time in relation to the Services. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the SERVICE PROVIDER shall promptly provide all such information regarding the environmental impact of the Services as may reasonably be requested by the CLIENT. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall meet all reasonable requests by the CLIENT for information evidencing compliance with the provisions of this Clause 23 by the SERVICE PROVIDER.
STATUTORY INVALIDITY. 24.1 Any provision in these Terms and Conditions which is held to be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without invalidating or rendering unenforceable the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions and any such invalidity or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provisions in any other jurisdiction.
