State Patrol. 1) For State Patrol Troopers who are not normally scheduled Monday through Friday, and who are to be off duty on any of the holidays, such Troopers shall be compensated in cash for a normal day's pay at their regular straight time rate (holiday pay) for each of the foregoing holidays, in addition to compensation for the hours actually worked during the week. The normal day’s pay is established by the majority of shifts in the current pay period.

State Patrol. The Employer shall furnish such articles of clothing specified by the Employer as part of the uniform. Proper maintenance of uniforms shall be the employee's responsibility. The regulation placing limitations on color and style of such items of clothing as shoes, socks, and under garments to be worn while on duty shall not be construed as their being considered as part of the uniform for purposes of this Article. The Employer agrees to provide each Patrol Officer who is normally required to wear a uniform and is covered by this Agreement a one hundred fifty dollar ($150) per year allowance for necessary uniform items not furnished by the Employer. Troopers serving in assignments for which the normal attire is plain clothes rather than the standard road trooper uniform shall receive an annual clothing allowance of five hundred fifty dollars ($550) payable at the beginning of each fiscal year provided the employee is actually employed and in working status at the beginning of each fiscal year.

The Employer agrees to provide 8 fifty one hundred dollar ($50100) per year allowance for necessary uniform items not furnished by 9 the Employer. Troopers serving in assignments for which the normal attire is plain clothes rather 10 than the standard road trooper uniform shall receive an annual clothing allowance of four five 11 hundred fifty dollars ($450500) payable at the beginning of each fiscal year provided the employee 12 is actually employed and in working status at the beginning of each fiscal year.

  • State Aid 1. Any aid granted by a Contracting Party or through state resources in any form whatsoever which distorts or threatens to distort competition by favouring certain undertakings or the production of certain goods shall, insofar as it may affect trade between the Contracting Parties, be incompatible with the proper functioning of this Agreement.

  • State Law This Agreement is made under, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Connecticut.

  • Federal Occupational Safety and Health Law Contractor represents and warrants that all articles and services shall meet or exceed the safety standards established and promulgated under the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended (29 U.S.C. Chapter 15).

  • State Laws i. Subrecipient shall, unless exempted, ensure compliance with the requirements of Cal. Gov. Code §11135 et seq., and 2 CCR § 11140 et seq., which prohibit recipients of state financial assistance from discriminating against persons based on race, national origin, ethnic group identification, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, color, or disability.   • State Monopolies 1. The Parties shall progressively adjust any state monopoly of a commercial character so as to ensure that by the end of the fourth year following the entry into force of this Agreement, no discrimination regarding the conditions under which goods are procured and marketed will exist between nationals of the Parties.

  • AT&T-12STATE acknowledges that CLEC may have an embedded base of one-way trunks ordered and installed prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement that were used for termination of CLEC’s Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic to AT&T-12STATE (Embedded Base). To the extent that CLEC has such an Embedded Base, CLEC shall only augment trunk groups in the Embedded Base with the mutual agreement of the Parties. CLEC shall not order any new one-way trunk groups following the Effective Date of this Agreement. Moreover, the Parties agree that the Embedded Base will be converted to two-way trunk groups under the following circumstances:

  • Federally Qualified Health Centers (A) The Contractor shall not restrict an Enrollee’s right to obtain FQHC services outside the PMHP through the Fee For Service Medicaid program.

  • Federal and State Laws In the event that any provision of this Agreement should be modified or deleted to conform to any federal or state law or regulation, or any order, determination or ruling or regulation of a federal or state administrative agency or court, the Company shall notify the Union in writing. Negotiations shall then take place if requested by the Union. In the event of such negotiations, the changes proposed by the Company shall not be implemented until (a) agreement is reached, or (b) the Company determines that timely action is required by the law, regulation, order, determination or ruling, which ever occurs sooner.

  • State The State of Connecticut, including the Department and any office, department, board, council, commission, institution or other agency or entity of the State.

  • State Facilities If the State makes space available to the Party in any State facility during the term of this Agreement for purposes of the Party’s performance under this Agreement, the Party shall only use the space in accordance with all policies and procedures governing access to and use of State facilities which shall be made available upon request. State facilities will be made available to Party on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, with no warranties whatsoever.
