Staffing Requirements/Qualifications. 1. The Agency shall ensure that all Services, contemplated under this Contract, shall be performed by duly licensed and certified dentists and dental assistants. Agency shall ensure that each Service provider is certified in their jurisdiction to prescribe medications in an outpatient setting, such as a clinic, medical office, or mobile medical vehicle.
Staffing Requirements/Qualifications a) Criteria For Retention of Staff With Credentials Other Than Initial/Residency Certificates. The number of certificated staff positions available to operate the reduced instructional program shall be in conformance with 11.2.3 and/or 11.4 herein; provided, however, the parties agree that if the SPI Department of Certification extends and thereby requires endorsements to any existing certificates, then the staff retention process as detailed in 11.3.1.b below shall be applicable to the entire certificated staff.
Staffing Requirements/Qualifications. Licensing/Credentials Referral Specialist qualifications shall include an associate’s or bachelor’s level degree in a social science field and at least one (1) year of case management experience. An individual with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in any field other than a social science field must have at least one (1) year of direct HIV/AIDS case management experience. All provider sites shall possess appropriate occupational licensing from Orange County or other county of location and other applicable incorporated areas (i.e., City of Orlando, Winter Park, Apopka, etc.). Licenses shall be displayed prominently in the provider’s premises. Supervision shall be provided by a Master’s Degree level professional in the fields of mental health, social work, counseling, or social science or nursing.
