Snohomish County. The County finds that the Annexation is consistent with this Agreement, the Master Annexation XXX, the Addendum, and the goals and objectives established in RCW 36.93.170 and 36.93.180. The County further finds that the health, safety, and general welfare of Snohomish County residents are not adversely affected by the Annexation pursuant to this Agreement.

Snohomish County. Snohomish County has agreed to pay the Fees (defined below) for the Services set forth in each SOW signed by Snohomish County. For each SOW that Snohomish County has executed, Snohomish County will be -8.5. For each SOW entered into that is not executed by Snohomish County, The Agreement and applicable SOW supersede inconsistent terms in this Section 8 as to Snohomish County only. Customer will be solely liable for payment of the Fees.
