SIMULTANEOUS ACCESS. Licensor shall make available the Licensed Materials simultaneously with, or previous to, the publication of any print version. In the event that, for any reason, simultaneous access is not possible, each exception shall be identified in Schedule 1, together with such reasons. TITLE LISTS Licensor shall provide to the Licensee before December 31 of each year within the subscription period, in KBART- compliant format as appropriate, an itemized title list that specifies the Licensed Materials accessible to the Members for the upcoming calendar year. In the event that there are optional portions contained within the Licensed Materials to which all Members do not subscribe, the Licensor shall provide separate lists for each option. Licensor shall provide such title lists to third-party vendors of Knowledge Bases on an ongoing and timely basis.
