PARTIES TO THE CONTRACT This Contract is solely between the Company and the SBA which administers the FHCF. In no instance shall any insured of the Company or any claimant against an insured of the Company, or any other third party, have any rights under this Contract, except as provided in Article XIV. The SBA will only disburse funds to the Company, except as provided for in Article XIV of this Contract. The Company shall not, without the prior approval of the Office of Insurance Regulation, sell, assign, or transfer to any third party, in return for a fee or other consideration any sums the FHCF pays under this Contract or the right to receive such sums.

Changes to the Contract Changes can be made to the contract in any of the following ways:
Signatories Each individual signatory hereto represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of his principal and that he executes the Agreement in such capacity and not as a party.
AMENDMENTS TO THE CONTRACT The Contract shall be amended as follows:
Execution of the Contract 30.1 This Contract and any amendments thereto may be executed in any number of counterparts with the same effect as if all parties hereto had signed the same document. All counterparts will be construed together and will constitute one and the same original agreement.
Copies to the Owner Upon Owner’s request, the Contractor shall furnish the Owner with copies of Project related correspondence, letters of transmittal, etc.

Signature Clause This Agreement shall become effective as of the date set forth above when fully executed by both Parties, provided that the payments specified in Section 11 of this Agreement have been received by SCE on or before this date. Payment to SCE must be sent to SCE (at the address set for on page 1 of this Agreement), ATTN: Administrative Assistant for Grid Interconnection and Contract Development. If this Agreement is not signed by Applicant within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Agreement being submitted to Applicant for signature, then SCE’s offer to perform the Study described in this Agreement shall be treated as rejected by Applicant and this Agreement will be of no effect.
