SIDA Badge Pay. Any Flight Attendant at a Base requiring a SIDA badge will be paid one (1) Credit hour annually in the January Bid Period.

Charge Pay (a) The Employer shall designate a person to be in charge of a unit. Where such person is absent from the unit for a consecutive time period of two (2) hours or more, an alternate will be designated in charge.
Part-time Vacation Pay If the Employer currently has the computer systems’ capability to implement bi- weekly vacation pay, they shall do so by the start of the next vacation year or earlier. Those Employers with no computer capability will endeavour to implement bi- weekly vacation pay if there is no significant administrative burden, by the start of the next vacation year or earlier. If the Employer does not so implement, it will provide reasons in writing to the Union. Where possible without extensive programming changes, the amount of vacation pay will be separately identified on the pay stub.
Pension Contributions While on Short Term Disability Contributions for OMERS Plan Members When an employee/plan member is on short-term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OMERS contributions based on 100% of the employee/plan member’s regular pay.
Public Benefit It is Reaction Retail’s understanding that the commitments it has agreed to herein, and actions to be taken by Reaction Retail under this Settlement Agreement, would confer a significant benefit to the general public, as set forth in Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5 and Cal. Admin. Code tit. 11, § 3201. As such, it is the intent of Reaction Retail that to the extent any other private party initiates an action alleging a violation of Proposition 65 with respect to Reaction Retail’s failure to provide a warning concerning exposure to DEHP prior to use of the Products it has manufactured, distributed, sold, or offered for sale in California, or will manufacture, distribute, sell, or offer for sale in California, such private party action would not confer a significant benefit on the general public as to those Products addressed in this Settlement Agreement, provided that Reaction Retail is in material compliance with this Settlement Agreement.
Continuing Education Allowance (a) A registered nurse or enrolled nurse who holds a continuing education qualification in a clinical field, in addition to the qualification leading to registration or enrolment, shall be paid an allowance subject to the conditions set out in this clause.
Retirement Pay Any teacher with ten (10) years consecutive teaching experience in the Park Hill School District immediately prior to retirement from PSRS without an age reduction for early retirement, shall receive upon retirement from the Park Hill School District a terminal amount based upon the following formula: (Notation, the teacher must make application to PSRS for retirement and begin drawing from PSRS on the first available month following retirement). Years of service to the Park Hill School District to be divided by ten (10) and multiplied by one-ninth (1/9) of the last completed contract. Retirement notification after December 15 for the current academic year will result in a reduction of $1,000.00 from the total under Article 36. In the event of a sudden severe illness of the teacher, teacher’s legally recognized spouse, and/or child, the transfer of a legally recognized spouse, or being called into active military duty may be cause for the District not to impose the late notification reduction of $1,000.00. A teacher who otherwise qualifies for payment under Article 36 and dies while currently classified as an active employee will receive such payment.
RETIREMENT PICK-UP 257. For the term of this Agreement, the CITY shall pick up the full amount of the employees’ contribution to retirement.
Amount of Employer Contribution The Employer Contribution amounts and rules in effect on June 30, 2017 will continue through December 31, 2017.
Dental Benefits The County offers dental and orthodontic benefits to full and part-time regular employees and their eligible dependent(s). Benefit provisions, co payments and deductibles are outlined in the Evidence of Coverage. The employee contribution is $13 per pay period ($28.26 per month). The County shall contribute to part-time eligible employees on a pro-rated basis, in accordance with Section 10.2.6.
Vacation Pay (d) Paid Union leaves. All other payments, premiums, allowances etc. are excluded.
