Show Premises. To show the Premises to prospective purchasers, tenants, brokers, lenders, investors, rating agencies or others at any reasonable time, provided that Landlord gives prior notice to Tenant and does not materially interfere with Tenant's use of the Premises.

Show Premises. To show the Premises to prospective purchasers, tenants (only during the last 6 months of the Term), brokers, lenders, investors, rating agencies or others at any reasonable time, provided that Landlord gives prior notice to Tenant and does not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s use of the Premises. Tenant may, at Tenant’s option, have a representative present during any such showing.
