Shipping Arrangements. All Supply Items shall be delivered Ex Works at the Designated Delivery Locations. For purposes of this Agreement, each individual Supply Item and the SCADA System shall be deemed “Delivered” and Supplier shall have satisfied its delivery arrangements with respect thereto, when Supplier makes available such Supply Item and SCADA System at its Designated Delivery Location for pick up by Purchaser, provided however, that Purchaser may not take custody and control of the said Supply Item until the applicable Progress Payment has been made by Purchaser and received by Supplier. Purchaser shall be responsible for all loading and shipment of the Supply Items and SCADA System from their respective Designated Delivery Locations to the Project Site and shall pay for all costs and expenses incurred by Purchaser related thereto, including the costs of maintaining insurance on such Supply Item and SCADA System during shipment of such Supply Item and SCADA System from its respective Designated Delivery Location to the Project Site.

Shipping Arrangements. Supplier shall ship Products in accordance with shipping instructions provided by CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER shall specify the CUSTOMER Product part number and quantity, ship to address, ,carrier, and other information required for the shipment. All Products shall be packaged for shipment as specified by CUSTOMER’s packaging instructions for each CUSTOMER Product. CUSTOMER shall pay or reimburse Supplier for all freight, duty, taxes or other charges associated with shipment of Products by Supplier.
Shipping Arrangements. Volaris may request that LHT supports Volaris in arranging for shipment of the Material or aircraft concerned. Any shipment arrangements made by LHT shall be in accordance with the Incoterms set forth in the Attachments, if no such Incoterms are stated in the Attachments, shipment arrangement made by LHT shall be in the name and on behalf of Volaris.

Shipping Arrangements. Austrade may nominate a forwarding agent in an attempt to consolidate shipment of the Event Items from Australia to the country where the Event will be held. The Participants may decide to use the nominated forwarding agent but are under no obligation to do so. If a Participant wishes to use the nominated forwarding agent, it must liaise with the forwarding agent and pay the agent's fees incurred in respect of the Participant's Event Items. Where a venue nominates an appointed freight forwarder, Participants agree to be bound by the third party's Terms & Conditions. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that Austrade bears no liability whatsoever for the shipping of Event Items or shipping and related fees incurred by the Participant and that this remains the sole responsibility of the Participant.
Shipping Arrangements. To make arrangements for, obtain or provide, at BUYER's expense, all shipping and insurance by a mutually agreed upon transport carrier; a Pet Xxxxxx, or similar, suitable kennel for shipment; and all required health certifications for shipment;

Shipping Arrangements. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that AEAS bears no liability whatsoever for the shipping and related fees of Promotional Materials and that this remains the sole responsibility of the Participant.
Shipping Arrangements. Supplier will use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with any special shipping instructions specified on Buyer's Purchase Order or Buyers Delivery Note. In the absence of any such instructions, Supplier will determine the method of shipment and select the carrier. Buyer will pay, or reimburse Supplier for all shipping and handling charges. If Supplier is required to pay such charges to the carrier, Supplier will include such charges, as a line item in an invoice to Buyer and Buyer will pay such amount in accordance with Section 5.l(a).
Shipping Arrangements. 14.1 Upon the Customer’s request to the Contractor for a berthing and transfer operation, the Contractor shall notify and confirm to the Customer that the FSRU is ready to accept the LNG Carrier alongside the FSRU for the transfer of LNG. Once the Contractor has agreed to accept the LNG Carrier, the Customer shall then notify the Contractor that the LNG Carrier is ready to berth alongside the FSRU. The Contractor shall at all times closely monitor and assist with the berthing, the mooring and the communications with the LNG Carrier and the Terminal.
