Servicing Tape. Not later than the tenth calendar day of each month, the Servicer shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Owner and the Owner's designee, a file in an electronic reporting format as shall be mutually agreed on by the Owner and Servicer, containing servicing information, including without limitation, those fields specified by the Owner from time to time and reasonably available to the Servicer, on a loan-by-loan basis and in the aggregate, with respect to the Mortgage Loans serviced hereunder.
Servicing Tape. On or before each Remittance Date, the Servicer shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Owner or the Owner's designee, a computer readable file containing servicing information, including without limitation, those fields specified by the Owner from time to time and reasonably available to the Servicer, on a loan-by-loan basis and in the aggregate, with respect to the Mortgage Loans serviced hereunder.
Servicing Tape. The Borrower shall provide to the Lender on a monthly basis a computer readable magnetic tape containing servicing information, on a loan-by-loan basis and in the aggregate, with respect to the Mortgage Loans serviced hereunder by the Borrower or a third party servicer.
Servicing Tape. On or prior to the [***] of each calendar month, each Seller Party will furnish to Administrative Agent (i) an electronic Purchased Mortgage Loans and Contributed Assets performance data, including, without limitation, delinquency reports and volume information, broken down by product (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge off reports) and (ii) electronically, in a format mutually acceptable to Administrative Agent and such Seller Party, servicing information, including, without limitation, those fields reasonably requested by Administrative Agent from time to time, on a loan by loan basis and in the aggregate, with respect to the Purchased Mortgage Loans and Contributed Assets serviced by such Seller or any Servicer for the month (or any portion thereof) prior to the Reporting Date. In addition to the foregoing information on each Reporting Date, each Seller Party will furnish to Administrative Agent such information upon the occurrence and continuation of an Event of Default.
Servicing Tape. Seller shall provide to Buyer on the fifth (5th) Business Day of each month a computer readable file containing servicing information, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I, with respect to the Transaction Assets serviced hereunder by Seller or Servicer. Seller’s failure to timely comply with the covenant contained in this Section 8.17 shall not be deemed an Event of Default hereunder, provided, that if the covenant contained in this Section 8.17 is not timely complied with, and the missing computer readable file in question pertains to Transaction Asset(s) that are not being serviced by Archon Group, L.P., the Rate Step-Up shall apply to the Initial Transaction Asset for each day after the expiration of said five (5) Business Day period until such computer readable file is delivered to Buyer.

On the Reporting Date of each calendar month, Seller will furnish to Administrative Agent (i) an electronic Purchased Mortgage Loans performance data, including, without limitation, delinquency reports and volume information, broken down by product (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge off reports) and (ii) electronically, in a format mutually acceptable to Administrative Agent and Seller, servicing information, including, without limitation, those fields reasonably requested by Administrative Agent from time to time, on a loan by loan basis and in the aggregate, with respect to the Purchased Mortgage Loans serviced by Seller or any Servicer for the month (or any portion thereof) prior to the Reporting Date. In addition to the foregoing information on each Reporting Date, Seller will furnish to Administrative Agent such information upon the occurrence and continuation of an Event of Default.
Servicing Tape. The Borrower shall provide to the Lender on the twelfth (12th) Business Day of each month a computer readable file containing servicing information, including without limitation those fields specified by the Lender from time to time, on a loan-by-loan basis and in the aggregate, with respect to the Mortgage Loans serviced hereunder by the Borrower or any Servicer.
Servicing Tape. The Seller shall prepare, as of the 15th calendar day (or if such 15th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately preceding such 15th day) of each month (the "Servicing Cut-Off Date"), a computer readable magnetic tape containing servicing information, including without limitation those fields reasonably requested by the Buyer from time to time, on a loan-by-loan basis, with respect to the Mortgage Loans serviced hereunder by the Seller or any Servicer (the "Servicing Tape"). The Seller shall deliver the Servicing Tape to the Buyer within 2 Business Days after the Servicing Cut-off Date.
