Services for Persons with Disabilities. Subrecipient shall assist persons with disabilities to access the wide variety of programs available to support their successful entry or re-entry into the workforce, connect such individuals to those programs, benefits, services and/or supports they provide and follow up to ensure that each individual is receiving the level of benefits, services and/or supports needed. Subrecipient must ensure co-enrollment in DOR programs and all other appropriate programs that support self-sufficiency for individuals with disabilities are offered to participants when suitable.
