Sell and Leaseback. Except as provided herein or with the written consent of the Original Purchaser, enter into any arrangements, directly or indirectly, with a Person whereby it shall sell or transfer the Project and then or thereafter rent or lease such property for substantially the same purpose as the Project or portion thereof sold or transferred.
