Section 8.14.3. 19 Paraeducators shall be compensated for required tasks performed at the direction of the principal 20 which are beyond their scheduled hours, e.g. bus duty, preparation of discipline and accident 21 reports, and other related paperwork. It is understood that paraeducators assigned to direct 22 instructional duties need to work with their teacher and principal to find reasonable opportunities 23 for consultation to create a quality program. No paraeducator shall be expected to prepare lesson 24 plans or consult with teachers on their own time.
Section 8.14.3. 10 School year assignments (for regular employees that are paid on timesheets that are) expected 11 to run more than six (6) weeks will be counted as a regular assignment.
