Section 418. 107(c), Government Code, is amended to read as follows:
Section 418. Changes Either party may request changes in the scope of services, performance, or reporting standards to be performed or provided under this Agreement. Such changes, including any increase or decrease in the amount awarded to the project and extensions of term of this Agreement, which are mutually agreed upon by and between the Recipient and the Office, shall be incorporated in written amendments to this Agreement.
