SCOTS LAW AND JURISDICTION. 45.1.1 Subject to the provisions of clause 45.2, this Contract shall be considered as a contract made in Scotland, the Customer and the Supplier accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts and agree that this Contract is to be governed by and construed according to Scots Law.

  • Law and Jurisdiction This Amendment shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of the State of New York.

  • Dispute Resolution, Governing Law and Jurisdiction The parties will make good faith efforts to first resolve internally within 30 days any dispute, including over an invoice, relating to the Agreement by escalating it to higher levels of management. If Client withholds an amount more than sixty days Accenture will be permitted to suspend performance until such time as the matter in dispute is resolved.
