School Representative. 12.6.1 At each Project Facility, the head teacher of the school or such other member of staff of the school as the head teacher of the school may notify in advance to the Contractor from time to time, shall undertake the role of a School Representative, which School Representative shall provide a day to day contact with the Contractor for the routine operation of this Agreement in relation to the relevant Project Facility.
