SCHOOL PROCEDURES. 6.01 Each principal will provide his/her staff and the Association with that school’s published procedures at the beginning of the school year. Any change to those procedures will be made available to the staff and the Association as soon as possible. Additionally, prior to the end of September, the principal shall distribute to the support teachers to be evaluated information about evaluation which will include the evaluation form, expectations regarding observations, and the procedures to be followed. Evaluation forms shall be available online. A copy of such information shall be provided to the SHTA President.
SCHOOL PROCEDURES. A. The School Administration shall provide all bargaining unit members with a copy of all written procedures and policies of student discipline, hours and other policies, including updates, relating to the operation of the building in which they teach.
SCHOOL PROCEDURES. Each Principal will provide each Professional Staff Member assigned to the building with a written and/or electronic copy of that building’s Handbook, written rules, regulations and/or procedures at the beginning of the school year.

SCHOOL PROCEDURES. Admission Procedures HCCS will be open to all children, on a space available basis within each grade level as established by the Board. The school will not discriminate based on race, creed, color, gender, national origin, or ancestry. Special needs of students will not be a factor in admission decisions. The school will not charge tuition for students residing in the state of Idaho, levy taxes or issue bonds. The Board of Directors may choose to charge student fees as allowed by state law.
