SCHOOL OFFICE HOURS. The school office is open from 7:30 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. on every school day. The office may close earlier on an early release day, however. School business should be transacted between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. or between 3:30 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. . Students and parents are not allowed entry to the classrooms or lockers on weekends or after 4:00 P.M., unless the student is in a scheduled tutorial.

SCHOOL OFFICE HOURS. The School Resource Officer (SRO) will be available during school hours. The SRO shall be proactive in policing on school campuses; work with school Campus Security Officers; work with school administrators regarding school happenings; interact with kids of all campuses during brunch, lunch, free play, etc.; attend after-suspension, school intake hearings; and assist with First Aid.

Searches of lockers or personal possessions must be conducted by a faculty/staff member and witnessed by another faculty/staff member.

  • Building Hours The specific hours at any individual building may vary according to the needs of the educational program of the School District. The specific hours for each building will be designated by the School District.

  • School Operations The School’s governing board shall be solely responsible for the operation of the school and exercise continuing oversight over the School’s operations. The School’s governing board will define and refine policies regarding educational philosophy, and oversee assessment and accountability procedures to assure that the School’s student performance standards are met or exceeded.

  • Consider Operator as School Official The Parties agree that Operator is a “school official” under FERPA and has a legitimate educational interest in personally identifiable information from education records. For purposes of the Service Agreement and this DPA, Operator: (1) provides a service or function for which the LEA would otherwise use employees; (2) is under the direct control of the LEA with respect to the use and maintenance of education records; and

  • Recipient’s Representative; Addresses 6.01. The Recipient’s Representative referred to in Section 7.02 of the Standard Conditions is the Minister of Finance.
