School Mail. The Association shall have the right of access to the school mails to distribute Association material to members of the bargaining unit. Should the Board determine that a deviation from established conditions is necessary, it shall notify the Association of any alterations prior to implementing them.
School Mail. The Association shall have the right to use the interschool mail facilities and school mailboxes.
School Mail. The organization shall have the right to reasonable use of the district mail service and principal mail boxes to communicate with principals in quantities which do not interfere with the regular school mail operation.
School Mail. Association representatives shall have the right to use the school district’s mailboxes in transmitting materials; however, the elected official of the Association shall be responsible for all their materials as to quantity and content.
School Mail. The CCEA shall be authorized to use the school courier and mailboxes for Association business.

The Association shall have the right to use the school district mail and e-mail services for communications to employees covered by this Agreement related to its responsibilities as the exclusive bargaining representative. The Association shall not use the district mail and e-mail services for notices or materials that are either inflammatory or partisan-political in nature.
School Mail. The Association may use the school mail service and teacher mailboxes for communications. Announcements of meetings, when required by the Association, shall be listed in the weekly Administrative Bulletin.
School Mail. The Association or any committee thereof, shall be permitted to use the inter-office school mail, in a manner that does not interfere with the Board use of the mail.
