DQS India and Customer agree that the evaluation and/or Certification of management system(s) for Customer shall be performed in accordance with the applicable standards, the industry related requirements (if applicable) and this Agreement, including any documents attached hereto or referred to herein and made a part of this Agreement. Assessments shall be scheduled at the mutual convenience of both parties within the time frames mandated by the Requirements. In the event Customer cancels an assessment 30 days or less prior to a scheduled assessment, Customer agrees to pay DQS India a fee equal to the amount of the scheduled assessment plus any unrecoverable travel expenses incurred in preparing for the assessment.

Scheduling Appointments. We normally conduct an initial evaluation that will last from one to three sessions, and we may ask you to complete one or more psychological tests. During this time, we sometimes find it helpful to contact your family physician or the person that referred you, when appropriate, to let them know that you are being seen. Once psychotherapy has begun, your therapist will typically schedule, when possible, one 45-minute session per week at a time mutually agreed upon, although longer sessions may be arranged, and the frequency of sessions may vary, (more or less frequent) based on availability and need. For the convenience of our clients, each of our therapists schedules appointment times, on different days of the week, during the morning, afternoon, and evening. Again, this would depend on availability. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but please understand and be patient with our limitations here.

Scheduling Appointments. Zen uses the Millennium software program. You will be trained on how to use this and you can also receive training via Millennium’s customer service when needed. Using the scripts in Section 4 will be a big help. You will need to get the clients name, telephone #, credit card # or gift certificate # to reserve the appointment and the type of massage wanted. Tell the client to arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork, give them directions, tell them about Zen’s Cancellation Policy.

Appointments are 50-minute, one-on-one sessions booked solely through SPS Engage. Students are limited to scheduling one individual tutoring session per subject, per week. Any sessions booked beyond this limitation will be canceled without the student’s consent. Students are also limited to 10 individual appointments per tutor for the semester. These limitations do not apply to drop-in tutoring, which is available each week in the SPS Student Lounge (no appointments necessary, see here for schedule).
