Sales Activity. IFN shall act as a marketing representative appointed -------------- by DCI for DCI. IFN shall use its best efforts to promote the sale and use of DCI's services and to solicit customers using such reasonable administrative procedures established from time to time by DCI and IFN.

Borrower has sold or has offered for sale Time-Share Interests only in the state in which the Project is located and the State of California and all sales have been made at the Project or in the State of California. Before it sells or offers for sale Time-Share Interests in jurisdictions other than the state in which the Project is located and the State of California, Borrower will promptly notify Buyer and provide Buyer with evidence that it has complied with all laws of such jurisdiction governing its proposed conduct.

For as long as there are any unsold Units or any Units are owned by Developer, the Developer, its designees, successors and assigns, shall have the right to use any such Units and parts of the Common Elements or Association Property for model apaitments and sales and construction offices, to show model Units and the Common Elements to D8 BOGISREA1-ES11200788.2 29466/0032 prospective purchasers and tenants of Units, to erect on the Condominium Property signs and other promotional material to advertise Units for sale or lease, to be exempt from any restrictions on the type of vehicle allowed to park on Condominium Property if the vehicle is engaged in any activity relating to construction, maintenance, or marketing of Units, and to take any and all actions which, in the Developer's opinion, may be helpful for selling or leasing Units or for promoting the Condominium and its operations generally.
Sales Activity. For as long as there are any unsold Units, the Developer, its designees, successors and assigns, shall have the right to use any such Units and parts of the Common Elements for guest accommodations, model apartments and sales, management and construction offices, to show model Units and the Common Elements to prospective purchasers and tenants of Units within the Condominium and to erect on the Condominium Property signs and other promotional material to advertise Units for sale or lease.
