Salary and other payments. 4.1 The Employee shall be entitled to an annualized base salary, prorated for Employee’s first year of employment, of $450,000 USD (Four Hundred Fifty Thousand USD) less withholdings and deductions for the work carried out hereunder (the “Salary). The Salary shall be payable in equal monthly installments at the latest on the 30th day of each calendar month following the month in respect of which the Salary is paid to the Employee, and will be converted to the local currency (CZK) at time of payment based on the exchange rate announced by the Czech National Bank on the date the monthly salary is due.

Payment of bonuses and additional remuneration is decided by the Team management. [Alternative last sentence of this clause: If the Player and the Team agree on the payment of bonuses based on KPIs, the latter are agreed on in greater detail in an annex to the Agreement.] The Team pays the Player the Player’s share of tournament prize money (if any or if made available) within [insert number of days] after the actual receipt thereof from the tournament organiser.
