S everability. Any provision of this Agreement that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction will, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction will not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.
S everability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall be severable and not affected thereby.
S everability. If any part of AGREEMENT is held, determined, or adjudicated to be illegal, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of AGREEMENT shall be given effect to the fullest extent reasonably possible.
S everability. Any provision of this DPA that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions of this DPA, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if such provision could be more narrowly drawn so as not to be prohibited or unenforceable in such jurisdiction while, at the same time, maintaining the intent of the parties, it shall, as to such jurisdiction, be so narrowly drawn without invalidating the remaining provisions of this DPA or affecting the validity or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction.
S everability. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement.
S everability. The unenforceability, invalidity or illegality of any provision(s) of this Agreement shall not render the remaining provisions unenforceable, invalid or illegal.
S everability. If any provision of this Agreement is held or made invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remainder of this Agreement, and the invalid or unenforceable provisions shall be replaced by a mutually acceptable provision, which, being valid, legal and enforceable, comes closest to the original intentions of the parties hereto and has like economic effect.
S everability. If any term or provision of this Agreement is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Agreement or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction.
S everability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be void, voidable, or unenforceable, the remaining portions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
S everability. The invalidity or unenforceability of any particular provision, or part of any provision, of this Agreement shall not affect the other provisions or parts of this Agreement, and this Agreement shall be construed in all respects as if such invalid or unenforceable provisions or parts were omitted.
