Rostering of meal breaks. The time to take these breaks will be determined by your supervisor or manager. The Hotel will make every reasonable effort to roster breaks at times, which give you a reasonable mix of work and rest. If it is not possible to grant the meal break before the 6 hours, or the mutually agreed 8 hours, you will be paid thirty (30) minutes extra at your ordinary rate of pay.

  • Processing of Grievance It is recognized and accepted by the Union and the County that the processing of grievances as hereinafter provided is limited by the job duties and responsibilities of the employees and shall therefore be accomplished during normal working hours only when consistent with such employee duties and responsibilities.
