Room Entry. The Manager subscribes to the principle that Residents are entitled to enjoy a reasonable right to privacy in residence Rooms. However, the Resident acknowledges that the Manager is entitled, without notice and without the Resident being present, to have authorized staff, the Institution’s security services, emergency services, or the police enter the Room at reasonable times under the following conditions: (a) to provide repair and maintenance services as detailed in section 4.05 of this Agreement; (b) to provide housekeeping services as detailed in section 4.06 of this Agreement; (c) to ensure the safety and security of the Resident and/or when there is reasonable cause to believe an emergency situation has arisen; (d) during the Winter Break to provide routine maintenance; (e) when there is reasonable cause to believe that terms of this Agreement and/or the Residence Community Living Standards detailed in section 7.01 and/or the law is being violated. Authorized staff are supplied with a uniform and identification that is visible at all times.

Room Entry. The University reserves the right to enter into student rooms for the purposes of inspection, improvement, repair, to control the rooms in the event of an epidemic or emergency, or for any other purpose in accordance with University Policies for Student Life.
Room Entry. 1. Authorized personnel of the University may enter your accommodation, without prior notice for any of the following reasons: • to ensure the health and safety of any member of the community; • to investigate or take action to address an ongoing source of disruption or nuisance to the community; • to make emergency repairs to your accommodation or to investigate the need for urgent repairs to any portion of the residence property; • to make repairs to your accommodation that have been requested by you or a previous occupant; • to inspect for pests as described in section 1.31 (Pest Treatment); • where it is believed you are in breach of a material term of this contract, for the purpose of investigating that breach; • you have granted them permission to enter; • the University believes you have abandoned or vacated the accommodation; or • to provide access to emergency responders, including police, to ensure the health and safety of any member of the community.
Room Entry. 1. IUSB reserves the right to enter the Resident’s apartment and bedroom for law enforcement purposes, as well as for custodial services, safety inspections, repair and maintenance, pest control, and emergency situations. In general, in non-emergency situations, twenty-four (24) hour notice will be given prior to entry.
Room Entry. The University reserves the right for authorized University representatives to enter all rooms for housekeeping purposes, repair or maintenance, health, safety, or disciplinary reasons.

The University reserves the right to enter residents’ rooms for the purposes of inspection, improvement, repair, to control the rooms in the event of an epidemic or emergency, or for any other purpose as stated in the Texas A&M University – Texarkana Student Handbook and the Office of Residence Life Housing Guide to include suspected violations of University or departmental procedures.
Room Entry. Resident agrees that UHDS may enter, and UHDS reserves the right to enter, rooms with or without notice for reasons including, but not limited to:

The University reserves the right to enter a Student’s assigned space/room/unit in cases of emergency and during regular business hours and at other times with advance notice, if possible to the Resident, for the following reasons: to conduct periodic maintenance, custodial, and safety checks; to perform necessary maintenance; when the University reasonably believes any person(s) occupying the room may be physically harmed or in danger; and when the University reasonably believes that University rules, regulations and/or policies are being violated; or to verify occupancy.
Room Entry. 18.1. The University reserves the right to enter a resident room for the purpose of inspecting the premises when an authorized agent of UNK has reason to believe the following:
