RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES. The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the [Apartment/Plot] on the specific understanding that is/her right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the maintenance agency appointed or the association of allottees (or the maintenance agency appointed by it) and performance by the Allottee of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the maintenance agency or the association of allottees from time to time.
RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES. The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the Apartment on the specific understanding that is/her right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the maintenance agency appointed or the association of allottees (or the maintenance agency appointed by it) and performance by the Allottee of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the maintenance agency or the association of allottees from time to time.
RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES. The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the Designated Apartment on the specific understanding that is/her right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the Maintenance In-charge (or the maintenance agency appointed by it) and performance by the Allottee of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the Maintenance In-charge from time to time.
RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES. The Vendee hereby agrees to purchase the Plot on the specific understanding that his/her right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter, billed by the maintenance agency appointed or the association of Vendees (or the maintenance agency appointed by it) and performance by the Vendee of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the maintenance agency or the association of Vendees from time to time.
RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES. The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the Apartment on the specific understanding that his right to the use of Common areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the Maintenance-in-Charge and performance by the Allottee of all his obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the Maintenance-in-Charge from time to time.
RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES. The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the Apartment on the specific understanding that is/her right is to only to the use and unless specifically allotted/ given vides (limited) common areas/ facilities, the use of the Common Areas/amenities shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the maintenance agency appointed or the association of allottees (or the maintenance agency appointed by it and performance by the Allottee of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the maintenance agency or the association of allottees from time to time. That the list of things that would be covered under the maintenance head are clearly stated and which the allottee has expressly agreed to pay for (fully/ proportionately) and marked and attached as Annexure G
RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES. The Allottee/s hereby agrees to purchase the Said Apartment and Properties appurtenant on the specific understanding that’s/her right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the maintenance agency/company appointed or the association of Allottee/s(or the maintenance agency/company appointed by it) and performance of the Allottee/s of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the maintenance agency/company or the association of the Allottee/s from time to time.
RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES. The Allottee has agreed to purchase the Said Office/Shop/Godown and Rights Appurtenant on the specific understanding that his right to the use of the Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total Maintenance Charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the Maintenance Agency or the Association of Allottees or the maintenance agency appointed by it and performance by the Allottee of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the Maintenance Agency or the Association of Allottees from time to time.
RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES. 13.1 The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the Apartment on the specific understanding that his right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the competent authority/Property Management Agency appointed and performance by the Allottee of all his obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the competent authority/Property Management Agency from time to time.
RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES. The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the Apartment on the specific understanding that his/her/their/its right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the maintenance agency appointed or the association of allottees (or the maintenance agency appointed by it) and performance by the Allottee of all his/her/their/its obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the maintenance agency or the association of allottees from time to time. The Allottee shall also required to abide by the regulations and restrictions as laid down under Schedule H.
