Resale Prices. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to limit in any way the right of ViewRay to determine the prices at which, or the terms on which, the Products purchased by ViewRay may be resold by ViewRay as part of ViewRay products or services.
Resale Prices i. Reseller is free to determine the price at which Reseller resells the BluB0X Products or Licenses therefor, as applicable.
Resale Prices. Distributor unilaterally establishes its own resale prices and terms regarding products it sells, including Goods.
Resale Prices. The list of goods in Schedule 1 sets out SBA’s suggested resale prices for the Goods. These are suggested prices, agreed with Distributor and that SBA and Distributor believe accurately reflect the relative market for the Goods based on features, technology, and comparative competitive products.
Resale Prices. The Distributor is free to fix the resale prices of the Product. The Distributor shall avoid such pricing policies as would clearly adversely affect the market price of the Product.
Resale Prices. Nothing contained In this Agreement shall be deemed to limit in any way ADVA’s right to determine the price at which the Products may be resold by ADVA.
Resale Prices. The Distributor may resell the Products at such prices as it, in its sole discretion, determines. The Distributor will, provide the Company, in writing on a monthly basis, with the monthly average selling prices of the Products in the Territory.
