Reproduction of Information. If the following information is not legibly imprinted on the Sales Draft, you will legibly inscribe on the Sales Draft before submitting it to Processor and Bank: (i) the Cardholder’s name: (ii) account number (iii) expiration date of the Card and (iv) the Merchant’s name and place of business. Additionally, for MasterCard transactions you will legibly inscribe the name of the bank issuing the Card as it appears on the face of the Card.

Reproduction of Information. For Card Present Transactions, if the following information embossed on the Credit Card is not legibly imprinted on the Transaction Receipt, you will legibly reproduce on the Transaction Receipt the: (i) Cardholder’s name; (ii) account number; (iii) expiration date; and (iv) Merchant’s name and place of business. Additionally, for MasterCard Transactions, on the Transaction Receipt you will legibly reproduce the name of the bank that issued the Credit Card as it appears on the face of the Credit Card.

That any information contributed may be reused without permission shall be clearly stated in such conferences and bulletin boards by the Company or its authorized representative.

  • Provision of Information (a) For so long as any of the Certificates of any Series or Class are “restricted securities” within the meaning of Rule 144(a)(3) under the Act, each of the Depositor, the Master Servicer and the Trustee agree to cooperate with each other to provide to any Certificateholders, and to any prospective purchaser of Certificates designated by such holder, upon the request of such holder or prospective purchaser, any information required to be provided to such holder or prospective purchaser to satisfy the condition set forth in Rule 144A(d)(4) under the Act.   • Provision of Information and Certifications The Sub-Adviser shall timely provide to the Adviser and the Trust, on behalf of the Fund, all information and documentation they may reasonably request as necessary or appropriate in order for the Adviser and the Board to oversee the activities of the Sub-Adviser and in connection with the compliance by any of them with the requirements of the Governing Documents, the Procedures and any applicable law, including, without limitation, (i) information and commentary relating to the Sub-Adviser or the Allocated Portion for the Fund’s annual and semi-annual reports, in a format reasonably approved by the Adviser, together with (A) a certification that such information and commentary discuss all of the factors that materially affected the performance of the Fund with respect to the Allocated Portion, including the relevant market conditions and the investment techniques and strategies used and (B) additional certifications related to the Sub-Adviser’s management of the Fund in order to support the Fund’s filings on Form N-CSR, Form N-Q and other applicable forms, and the Fund’s Principal Executive Officer’s and Principal Financial Officer’s certifications under Rule 30a-2 under the 1940 Act, thereon; (ii) within 5 business days of a quarter-end, a quarterly certification with respect to compliance and operational matters related to the Sub-Adviser and the Sub-Adviser’s management of the Allocated Portion (including, without limitation, compliance with the Procedures), in a format reasonably requested by the Adviser, as it may be amended from time to time; and (iii) an annual certification from the Sub-Adviser’s Chief Compliance Officer, appointed under Rule 206(4)-7 under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Advisers Act”), with respect to the design and operation of the Sub-Adviser’s compliance program, in a format reasonably requested by the Adviser.

  • Accuracy of Information No information, exhibit or report furnished by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to the Administrative Agent or to any Lender in connection with the negotiation of, or compliance with, the Loan Documents contained any material misstatement of fact or omitted to state a material fact or any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading.
