Relationship to Agreement. The terms and provisions of the Agreement, as amended hereby, are hereby ratified, confirmed, and approved in all respects, and shall continue in full force and effect.
Relationship to Agreement. This Service Schedule amends and supplements the Agreement with respect to the matters addressed herein. If there are any inconsistencies between a provision of this Service Schedule and a provision of the Agreement with respect to the matters covered by this Service Schedule, the provisions of this Service Schedule shall control but only with regard to the subject of the inconsistency.
Relationship to Agreement. This Agreement supersedes all prior arrangements or understandings with respect to the subject matter hereof, including the Prior Agreement, and the Parties that are parties thereto confirm that the same is terminated and of no further force and effect. The entering into of this Agreement is one of a series of transactions contemplated to occur under the Participation Agreement.
Relationship to Agreement. This SLA is governed by and incorporates the Agreement and any Other Agreement executed by You and Globalscape.
Relationship to Agreement. This Schedule forms part of the agreement (“Agreement”) to which it is appended, which is between the School District and the parents/guardians of a student (“Student”) for the provision of an educational program to the Student (the “Educational Program”).
Relationship to Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions in this First Statement of Work (“First SOW”) and the terms and conditions of the Agreement identified above, which is incorporated herein by reference, the terms and conditions of this Statement of Work shall prevail. Relationship to Agreement. Any capitalized terms used in this Lease and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the terms of this Lease and the Agreement, the terms of the Agreement shall prevail and take precedence.
Relationship to Agreement. Except where already provided for in this Appendix, the terms and conditions of the Agreement will apply to shiftworkers.
Relationship to Agreement. A contract waiver agreed on by the District and Association will be considered an addendum to this Agreement, and any dispute as to its interpretation or application will be solved by the parties through use of these two steps:
