Rehabilitation Activities. For rehabilitation and physical improvement of public housing and/or community facilities primarily intended to facilitate the delivery of community and supportive services for residents of the Development and residents of off-site replacement housing under the Revitalization Plan, the Grantee will comply with 24 CFR § 968.112(b), (d), (e), and (g)-(o) and 24 CFR §§ 968.130 and 968.135(b) and (d) or successor part, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Cardiac Rehabilitation This plan covers services provided in a cardiac rehabilitation program up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits.

  • Rehabilitation An employee who is eligible for rehabilitation and is capable of rehabilitative employment is entitled to placement in a medically suitable position.

  • Rehabilitation Act Subrecipient agrees to comply with any federal regulations issued pursuant to compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, (29 U.S.C. 706) which prohibits discrimination against the handicapped in any federally assisted program.   • HABILITATIVE SERVICES (HABILITATIVE mean healthcare services that help a person keep, learn, or improve skills and functioning for daily living. Examples include therapy for a child who is not walking or talking at the expected age. These services may include physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy and other services performed in a variety of inpatient and/or outpatient settings for people with disabilities.
