Regular Faculty Members Sample Clauses

Regular Faculty Members. (a) A regular faculty member who is unable to perform faculty duties for a period of more than two (2) weeks for reasons described in Section 14.1.3 will be permitted to take an extended medical leave. Faculty members must notify the academic deans’ office when they become aware of the need for an extended medical leave, and must provide written medical verification of the reason for the leave. The Xxxxxxx or designee must approve all extended medical leaves.

Regular Faculty Members. (i) For each year of service to the Employer, a regular faculty member is entitled to one (1) increment on the salary scale until the maximum is attained. It is understood that a year's service is equivalent to 1.0 FTE (see Appendix I) worked (i.e. 1.000 increment credit) and at least one (1) calendar year since the start of service or date of last increment. An increment will be effective on the first day of the pay period following the date on which the year's service is reached.
Regular Faculty Members. A regular faculty member is a person who is employed in a regular position for more than 60% workload and who has been declared a first-year contract, a second-year contract, a third and fourth year contract, or a tenured employee by the Los Xxxx Board of Trustees.

  • Regular Employees A regular employee is an employee who has either served the required probationary term or has previously been employed in one of the other categories and has satisfactorily met the job requirements. The employee occupies a position that is considered part of the ongoing organization of OPG.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis.
