Records and Materials. Upon expiry or termination of the Employee’s employment with the Employer, the Employee shall deliver to the Employer all proprietary information referred to in Article 7, including but not restricted to all records and materials with respect to the Employer which are in his possession and/or under his control.

Records and Materials. In addition to the plan itself, materials, records and/or portfolios developed as a result of an employee's participation in a PGO, whether or not funded by the District, shall be the sole property of the employee and the District, but shall not be retained in the employee's personnel file or used by the district in any way in its evaluation of the employee.
Records and Materials. At the completion of the Services by Quintiles, all materials, information and all other data owned by Sponsor, regardless of the method of storage or retrieval, shall be delivered to Sponsor in such form as is then currently in the possession of Quintiles, subject to the payment obligations set forth in Section 2 herein. Alternatively, at Sponsor’s written request, such materials and data may be retained by Quintiles for Sponsor for an agreed-upon time period, or disposed of pursuant to the written directions of Sponsor. Sponsor shall pay the costs associated with any of the above options and shall pay a to-be-determined fee for storage by Quintiles of records and materials after completion or termination of the Services. Quintiles, however, reserves the right to retain, at its own cost and subject to the confidentiality provisions herein, copies of all materials that may be needed to satisfy regulatory requirements or to resolve disputes regarding the Services. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to transfer from Sponsor to Quintiles any FDA or regulatory record-keeping requirements unless such transfer is specifically provided for in the applicable Transfer of Obligations Form.
Records and Materials. The awardee must maintain records and materials related to activities supported and payments paid under this award. Attachment 3 of these Provisions contains of suggested list of records and materials to maintain. The awardee must kept the records in a safe place and be accessible to auditors and other government officials. This requirement also extends to all subcontracts and subagreements the awardee has executed or paid for that exceed $10,000.

After this time the disposition of 1 the folder is at the employee’s discretion. The District shall not use the PGP or its results or the 2 folder in any way in the employee’s evaluation.
