Recording of Lease. If the property leased is located in a State requiring the recording of leases, Lessee must comply with all such statutory requirements at Lessee’s sole cost and expense.
Recording of Lease. Tenant shall not record this Agreement on the Public Records of any public office. In the event that Tenant shall record this Agreement, this Agreement shall, at Landlord's option, terminate immediately and Landlord shall be entitled to all rights and remedies that it has at law or in equity.
Recording of Lease. Landlord and Tenant agree that neither this Agreement nor a copy hereof shall be recorded, but, the parties shall record a memorandum of this Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Recording of Lease. Tenant shall not record this Lease. However, at the request of either party, Landlord and Tenant shall execute, acknowledge, deliver, exchange, and record at the requestor's expense a Notice of Lease or other short-form instrument permitted under applicable state law and prepared by Landlord.
Recording of Lease. Tenant will execute, acknowledge, deliver and cause to be recorded or filed in the manner and place required by any present or future law a memorandum of this Lease. Tenant shall be responsible for all costs and expenses in connection with the recording of this Lease or a memorandum hereof.
Recording of Lease. Neither Landlord nor Tenant shall record this Lease or a short form memorandum hereof without the consent of the other.
Recording of Lease. The parties hereto agree that this Lease shall not be recorded, but the Landlord and Tenant hereby agree upon request of either party to enter into a notice of lease in recordable form, setting forth the names of the parties, describing the Premises, specifying the Term, and such other provisions, except rental provisions, with respect to the Lease as will put on notice any third party of the existence of this Lease.
Recording of Lease. Tenant shall not record this Agreement. Tenant may, however, record the Lease approved by Landlord with respect to each Leased Property; provided, however, such lease shall not disclose the Base Rent of other economic terms of the Lease.
Recording of Lease. Tenant shall not record this lease without written consent of Landlord. Upon the request of either party hereto, the other party shall join in the execution of a memorandum or so called "short form" of this lease for the purposes of recordation in such form as required for recordation.
Recording of Lease. This Agreement shall be recorded by the Cities, and the costs of such recordation, and any closing costs associated with this Agreement, its execution and recordation, shall be billed to and paid by Lessee as additional rent.
