Reallocated Class B Principal Collections. (a) On each Transfer Date, following application of Reallocated Class C Principal Collections in accordance with Clause 5.16, the Trust Cash Manager will advise the Receivables Trustee as to amounts of Principal Collections allocated pursuant to Clauses 5.05(a)(iii), 5.05(b)(iii), 5.05(c)(iii) and 5.05(d)(iii) to the Series 03-2 Investor Beneficiary Interest for calculation purposes treated as referable to Class B to apply as Reallocated Class B Principal Collections with respect to such Transfer Date as follows:

Reallocated Class B Principal Collections. On or before each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall instruct the Trustee in writing (which writing shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto) to apply Reallocated Class B Principal Collections in an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the Class A Required Amount, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date over (ii) the sum of (A) the amount of Available Funds and Shared Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 2000-VFC with respect to the related Due Period plus (B) the Available Series Cash Collateral Amount for such Distribution Date, plus (C) amounts deposited in the Collection Account from the Spread Account Agreement for application in accordance with Section 4.17 on such Distribution Date, in accordance with, and in the priority set forth in, subsections 4.9(a)(i) through (vi). On each Distribution Date, the Class B Investor Interest shall be reduced by the amount of Reallocated Class B Principal Collections for such Distribution Date.
Reallocated Class B Principal Collections. The Servicer shall instruct the Trustee to distribute, on each Distribution Date, Reallocated Class B Principal Collections in an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the sum of the amounts to be paid pursuant to Sections 4.5(a)(ii)-(vi) of the Agreement with respect to such Distribution Date over (b) the Invested Percentage of Collections of Finance Charge Receivables for the related Due Period plus the amount of any Excess Finance Charge Collections allocable to Series 1996-A minus the amount paid pursuant to Section 4.5(a)(i) of the Agreement, to fund any deficiency under Sections 4.5(a)(ii)-(vi) of the Agreement in that order of priority.
Reallocated Class B Principal Collections. FOR THE SERIES 1997-1
Reallocated Class B Principal Collections. (a) On each Distribution Date, following application of the Reallocated Class C Principal Collections in accordance with Clause 5.15, the Servicer will advise the Receivables Trustee as to what portion of the Required Retained Principal Collections retained for the previous Monthly Period shall be utilised as Reallocated Class B Principal Collections with respect to such Distribution Date. The amounts to be so utilised shall be calculated as an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the Class A Required Amount, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date over (ii) the amount of Available Funds and Reallocated Class C Principal Collections with respect to the related Monthly Period, and shall be transferred from the undivided Principal Collections Ledger and credited to the Series 2007-1 Finance Charge Collections Ledger to be applied pursuant to Clause 5.10(a) to (d) in that order of priority.
Reallocated Class B Principal Collections. On each Determination Date, the Servicer will determine the Class A Required Amount. On each Determination Date on which there is a positive Class A Required Amount, the Servicer will allocate, or cause the Trustee to apply, an amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Principal Collections retained in the Collection Account as contemplated in Section 4.8(c)(i)(y) or 4.11(c)(ii) of the Agreement, as applicable, and (ii) the Class A Required Amount for the preceding Monthly Period (such amount being “Reallocated Class B Principal Collections”) and on each Transfer Date the Servicer shall apply the Principal Collections set aside as contemplated in Section 4.8(c)(i)(y) or 4.11(c)(ii) of the Agreement, as applicable, up to the amount of Reallocated Class B Principal Collections to the components of the Class A Required Amount in the same priority as amounts are applied to such components from Available Series 2001-1 Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.11(a) of the Agreement.

Related to Reallocated Class B Principal Collections

  • Reallocated Principal Collections On each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall apply, or shall cause the Trustee to apply by written instruction to the Trustee substantially in the form of Exhibit B, Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Distribution Date, to make the following distributions or deposits in the following order of priority:

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections (a) That portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections for any Transfer Date equal to the amount of Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Transfer Date will be allocated to Series 1997-1 and will be distributed as set forth in this Supplement.

  • Shared Principal Collections Subject to Section 4.04 of the Agreement, Shared Principal Collections for any Distribution Date will be allocated to Series 2019-3 in an amount equal to the product of (x) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to all Principal Sharing Series for such Distribution Date and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Series 2019-3 Principal Shortfall for such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all the Series which are Principal Sharing Series for such Distribution Date. The “Series 2019-3 Principal Shortfall” will be equal to (a) for any Distribution Date with respect to the Revolving Period, zero, (b) for any Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of the Controlled Deposit Amount with respect to such Distribution Date over the amount of Available Principal Collections for such Distribution Date (excluding any portion thereof attributable to Shared Principal Collections), and (c) for any Distribution Date with respect to the Early Amortization Period, the excess, if any, of the Invested Amount over the amount of Available Principal Collections for such Distribution Date (excluding any portion thereof attributable to Shared Principal Collections).

  • Application of Available Finance Charge Collections and Available Principal Collections On or before each Transfer Date, the Servicer shall instruct the Indenture Trustee in writing (which writing shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B) to withdraw and the Indenture Trustee, acting in accordance with such instructions, shall withdraw on such Transfer Date or related Distribution Date, as applicable, to the extent of available funds, the amount required to be withdrawn from the Finance Charge Account, the Principal Account, the Principal Accumulation Account and the Distribution Account as follows:

  • Allocations of Finance Charge Collections The Servicer shall allocate to the Series 1997-1 Certificateholders and retain in the Collection Account for application as provided herein an amount equal to the product of (A) the Floating Allocation Percentage and (B) the Series 1997-1 Allocation Percentage and (C) the aggregate amount of Collections of Finance Charge Receivables deposited in the Collection Account on such Deposit Date.

  • Allocations of Principal Collections The Servicer shall allocate to the Series 1997-1 Certificateholders the following amounts as set forth below:

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections Series 2018-5 shall be an Excess Allocation Series. Subject to Section 4.05 of the Agreement, Excess Finance Charge Collections with respect to the Excess Allocation Series for any Distribution Date will be allocated to Series 2018-5 in an amount equal to the product of (x) the aggregate amount of Excess Finance Charge Collections with respect to all the Excess Allocation Series for such Distribution Date and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Finance Charge Shortfall for Series 2018-5 for such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Finance Charge Shortfalls for all the Excess Allocation Series for such Distribution Date. The “Finance Charge Shortfall” for Series 2018-5 for any Distribution Date will be equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the full amount required to be paid, without duplication, pursuant to subsections 4.05(a), 4.05(b) and 4.05(c) and subsections 4.07(a) through (j) on such Distribution Date and the full amount required to be paid, without duplication, pursuant to subsections 3.02(a)(iii) and 3.02(a)(iv) of the Transfer Agreement on the related Payment Date (as such term is defined in the Transfer Agreement) over (b) the sum of (i) the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections, (ii) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period or Early Amortization Period, the amount of Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date and (iii) the amount of funds, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which, pursuant to subsection 4.12(d), are required to be included in Class A Available Funds with respect to such Distribution Date. The amount of Excess Finance Charge Collections for Series 2018-5 for any Distribution Date shall be specified in subsection 3.02(a)(v) of the Transfer Agreement. On each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall deposit into the Collection Account for application in accordance with Section 4.05 of the Agreement the aggregate amount of Excess Finance Charge Collections received by the Trustee pursuant to the Transfer Agreement on such date.

  • Defaulted Amounts; Investor Charge-Offs (a) On each Determination Date, the Servicer shall calculate the Class A Investor Default Amount, if any, for the related Distribution Date. If, on any Distribution Date, the Class A Required Amount for the related Monthly Period exceeds the sum of (x) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections allocated to Series 2023-4 with respect to such Monthly Period and (y) the amount of Excess Spread and the Excess Finance Charge Collections allocable to Series 2023-4 with respect to such Monthly Period, the Collateral Invested Amount, if any, will be reduced by the amount of such excess, but not by more than the Class A Investor Default Amount for such Distribution Date. In the event that such reduction would cause the Collateral Invested Amount to be a negative number, the Collateral Invested Amount will be reduced to zero and the Class B Invested Amount shall be reduced by the amount by which the Collateral Invested Amount would have been reduced below zero, but not by more than the excess, if any, of the Class A Investor Default Amount for such Distribution Date over the amount of such reduction, if any, of the Collateral Invested Amount with respect to such Distribution Date. In the event that such reduction would cause the Class B Invested Amount to be a negative number, the Class B Invested Amount shall be reduced to zero, and the Class A Invested Amount shall be reduced by the amount by which the Class B Invested Amount would have been reduced below zero, but not by more than the excess, if any, of the Class A Investor Default Amount for such Distribution Date over the aggregate amount of the reductions, if any, of the Collateral Invested Amount and the Class B Invested Amount for such Distribution Date (a “Class A Investor Charge-Off”). Class A Investor Charge-Offs shall thereafter be reimbursed and the Class A Invested Amount increased (but not by an amount in excess of the aggregate unreimbursed Class A Investor Charge-Offs) on any Distribution Date by the amount of Excess Spread and Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated and available for that purpose pursuant to subsection 4.07(b). References to “negative numbers” above shall be determined without regard to the requirement that the Invested Amount of a Class not be reduced below zero.

  • Excess Collection Account Amounts allocated to the Series 2023-2 Excess Collection Account on any Series 2023-2 Deposit Date will be (w) first, deposited in the Series 2023-2 Reserve Account in an amount up to the excess, if any, of the Series 2023-2 Required Reserve Account Amount for such date over the Series 2023-2 Available Reserve Account Amount for such date, (x) second, used to pay the principal amount of other Series of Notes that are then in amortization, (y) third, released to AESOP Leasing in an amount equal to the product of (A) the Loan Agreement’s Share with respect to the AESOP I Operating Lease Loan Agreement as of such date and (B) 100% minus the Loan Payment Allocation Percentage with respect to the AESOP I Operating Lease Loan Agreement as of such date and (C) the amount of any remaining funds and (z) fourth, paid to ABRCF for any use permitted by the Related Documents including to make Loans under the Loan Agreements to the extent the Borrowers have requested Loans thereunder and Eligible Vehicles are available for financing thereunder; provided, however, that in the case of clauses (x), (y) and (z), that no Amortization Event, Series 2023-2 Enhancement Deficiency or AESOP I Operating Lease Vehicle Deficiency would result therefrom or exist immediately thereafter. Upon the occurrence of an Amortization Event and once a Trust Officer has actual knowledge of the Amortization Event, funds on deposit in the Series 2023-2 Excess Collection Account will be withdrawn by the Trustee, deposited in the Series 2023-2 Collection Account and allocated as Principal Collections to reduce the Series 2023-2 Invested Amount on the immediately succeeding Distribution Date.

  • Excess Spread; Excess Finance Charge Collections The Servicer shall apply, or shall cause the Trustee to apply by written instruction to the Trustee, on each Distribution Date, Excess Spread and Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 with respect to the related Monthly Period, to make the following distributions or deposits in the following order of priority:
