QUALIFIED TO DO BUSINESS. Contractor represents and warrants that it is in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Washington, that it is registered with the Washington State Department of Revenue and the Washington Secretary of State, that it possesses and shall keep current all required licenses and/or approvals, and that it is current, in full compliance, and has paid all applicable taxes owed to the State of Washington.
QUALIFIED TO DO BUSINESS. Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor is (a) in good standing; (b) qualified to do business in the State of Washington; and (c) registered with the Washington State Department of Revenue and the Washington Secretary of State.

Contractor further represents and warrants that, within fifteen (15) days of executing any Participating Addendum and prior to making any sales pursuant to such Participating Addendum, Contractor shall be in good standing and qualified to do business in such state and that Contractor properly shall have registered to do business in such state, shall possess and shall keep current all required licenses and/or approvals, and that it shall be current, in full compliance, and have paid all applicable taxes owed to such state.
QUALIFIED TO DO BUSINESS. Evidence that the Borrower is duly licensed and qualified to transact business in all jurisdictions where it transacts business and/or where the character of property owned or leased by the Borrower, or the nature of the business transacted by the Borrower makes licensing or qualification necessary, except where the failure to be so licensed and qualified to do business will have a Material Adverse Effect on the Borrower;
QUALIFIED TO DO BUSINESS. Center represents and warrants that it is in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Washington, that it possesses and shall keep current all required licenses and/or approvals, and that it is current, in full compliance, and has paid all applicable taxes owed to the State of Washington.
QUALIFIED TO DO BUSINESS. Subject to the licensing contingencies described in Section 3.4, NuLeaf Production is duly qualified to do business, is validly licensed and is in good standing in the jurisdictions where the conduct of the NuLeaf Production business requires it to be so qualified and/or licensed.
QUALIFIED TO DO BUSINESS. Provider represents and warrants that Provider is (a) in good standing; (b) qualified to do business in the State of Washington; and (c) registered with the Washington State Department of Revenue and the Washington Secretary of State.
QUALIFIED TO DO BUSINESS. Each party represents that it is legally qualified to do business in the state in which the Lease Area is located.
QUALIFIED TO DO BUSINESS. The Company and its each Subsidiary are duly qualified, licensed or admitted to do business in each of the jurisdiction in which it conducts business to the extent that such qualification, licensure or admission is required by that jurisdiction's laws and has full corporate power to own its properties, assets and business and to carry on its business operations.
QUALIFIED TO DO BUSINESS. Alttech has the requisite power and authority to own or lease its property and assets and to carry on its business as now being conducted by it and is duly registered, licensed, or otherwise qualified under all Regulations applicable to it to do business in each jurisdiction in which the nature of its business or the property owned or leased by it makes such qualification necessary.
