Qualified Person. Each Lender listed on the signature pages hereof, by the execution and delivery of this Agreement, represents and warrants to the Borrowers that it is a Qualified Person.
Qualified Person. If this Lease has expired, Landlord shall return the amount of such overpayment to Tenant within thirty (30) days after such reviews have been made. In the event that such results show that Tenant has underpaid its obligations for a preceding period, the amount of such underpayment shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord within thirty (30) days after such review is made.
