Purpose of Funding. 6.2.1 Maldon CAB acknowledges that MDC’s investment is provided for the purposes set out in this Agreement and the associated service description. Maldon District Council reserves the right to demand repayment of all or any part of the investment paid under this Agreement if funds have been applied to other purposes without prior agreement.
