Publication and Release of Information. The CONSULTANT shall not copyright material developed under this Agreement without written authorization from the OWNER. The OWNER reserves a royalty- free non-exclusive, and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish or otherwise use, and to authorize others to use, the work for government purposes.

Publication and Release of Information. 7.1 The INSTITUTION and INVESTIGATOR shall not publish or otherwise disclose nepodléhá závazku mlčenlivosti; (c) jsou již známé INSTITUCI/ŘEŠITELI před prozrazením podle této SMLOUVY, jak prokazují písemné doklady; (d) jsou potřebné pro získání IEC/Institutional Review Board („IRB“) schválení STUDIE nebo musí být zahrnuty na formuláři o informovaném písemném souhlasu kteréhokoliv ze ZAŘAZENÝCH SUBJEKTŮ; (e) je vyžadováno příslušnými zákony, aby byly prozrazeny federálním, státním či místním úřadům; (f) může být doloženo, že byly vyvinuty nezávisle členy personálu INSTITUCE nezúčastněnými na STUDII a nespadají pod DŮVĚRNÉ INFORMACE; (g) jsou zveřejněny v souladu s Článkem 7 (Publikování a zveřejňování informací) podle této SMLOUVY. 6.3 Obě STRANY jsou povinny chránit veškeré informace jako důvěrné před jednotlivými ZAŘAZENÝMI SUBJEKTY a zajistit, aby nikdo nemohl být identifikován v žádné zprávě, žádosti či publikaci, jak xx xxxx podrobně uvedeno v Příloze II (Ochrana údajů). Veškerá data poskytnutá ZADAVATELI týkající se SUBJEKTŮ INSTITUCE budou předána v kódovaném formátu v souladu s PROTOKOLEM STUDIE, který chrání identity SUBJEKTŮ. Možnost ZADAVATELE kontrolovat zdravotní záznamy SUBJEKTŮ se řídí příslušnými opatřeními na ochranu důvěrných údajů SUBJEKTŮ. 7. PUBLIKOVÁNÍ A ZVEŘEJŇOVÁNÍ INFORMACÍ 7.1 INSTITUCE a ŘEŠITEL nesmějí publikovat či jinak prozradit jakákoliv any findings resulting from the STUDY or any scientific work with respect to the STUDY DRUG or its development without SPONSOR’S prior consent.

  • Release of Information Except as required by law, no public release of any information, or confirmation or denial of same, with respect to this Contract or the subject matter hereof, will be made by SELLER or its subcontractors without the prior written approval of LOCKHEED XXXXXX. SELLER shall not use "Lockheed Xxxxxx," "Lockheed Xxxxxx Corporation," or any other trademark or logo owned by LOCKHEED XXXXXX, in whatever shape or form, without the prior written consent of LOCKHEED XXXXXX.

  • Use of Information The Agent may not use any information gained in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including due diligence, to advise any party with respect to transactions not expressly approved by the Company.

  • Furnishing of Information; Public Information (a) Until the earliest of the time that (i) no Purchaser owns Securities or (ii) the Warrants have expired, the Company covenants to maintain the registration of the Common Stock under Section 12(b) or 12(g) of the Exchange Act and to timely file (or obtain extensions in respect thereof and file within the applicable grace period) all reports required to be filed by the Company after the date hereof pursuant to the Exchange Act even if the Company is not then subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act.

  • Dissemination of Information The Borrower authorizes each Lender to disclose to any Participant or Purchaser or any other Person acquiring an interest in the Loan Documents by operation of law (each a "Transferee") and any prospective Transferee any and all information in such Lender's possession concerning the creditworthiness of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including without limitation any information contained in any Reports; provided that each Transferee and prospective Transferee agrees to be bound by Section 9.11 of this Agreement.
