Provider of Services. The independent licensed surveyor and/or surveying firm (referenced below as the "Surveyor") who has or will be engaged to perform a survey by a letter of Authorization to Proceed from Xxxx & Xxxxx.
Provider of Services. The Service Provider agrees that the services to be provided hereunder shall be provided exclusively by principals of Service Provider or its affiliates or assigns.
Provider of Services. PWI agrees that it will provide, or cause to be provided, the Services called for by this Agreement. In its sole discretion PWI may cause other members of the Xxxxxx Group or third party contractors to perform any or all of the Services. References to "PWI" in this Agreement in the context of the provision of Services shall be deemed to include such other persons to the extent they are providing the Services.
Provider of Services. There may be a provider of telecommunications, satellite, wireless technology, or other similar service in the Project which offers services to tenants of the Project. Landlord makes no warranty, representation, endorsement, or claim regarding said provider, or regarding said services provided by said provider. Tenant’s use of said provider is at the sole discretion of Tenant and is not based upon any guarantee, assurance, endorsement, warranty, or representation of Landlord. Tenant hereby agrees to hold harmless, waive, and release and indemnify Landlord against any expense, claim, damage, loss, or liability, including but not limited to attorney fees and costs in defense of any action which shall or may be caused by or arise out of anything done or omitted to be done by such provider of services, and/or regarding said services provided by said provider and any wireless or other telecommunications systems used by Tenant.
Provider of Services. Dream Vacation Concierge does provide some of the services but is not the source or supplier of all of the requested services and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. The Client will be advised of the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to the Client are those who are actually responsible for providing the services the Client has purchased. The client consents to and requests the use of those suppliers and agrees not to hold Dream Vacation Concierge responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the services that have been purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes any injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience. The Client will receive a summary of charges for services/products and agrees to Dream Vacation Concierge’s obligation is limited to remitting such charges to the Vendors/Suppliers identified in the itinerary, service request, or to a third-party, that shall make such remittance. Upon remittance of fees to the Vendors/Suppliers per the itinerary, proposal, work-order, and persons listed, the Client agrees that Alacrity Lifestyle has met all its obligations under an Agreement. As a precondition to this obligation, the Client agrees to make payment to Dream Vacation Concierge before the stated deadline dates for payment.
Provider of Services. Landlord has advised Tenant that certain office and communications services may be offered to tenants of the Building by one or more concessionaires under contract to Landlord (each a "Provider," and, collectively, "Providers"). Tenant shall be permitted to contract with one or more Providers for the provision of any or all of such services on such terms and conditions as Tenant and such Providers may agree, subject to the terms of this Lease, including, without limitation, Section 29.33, below.

Provider of Services. Service Provider agrees that the services to be provided hereunder shall be performed by the officers, employees, agents, affiliates or assigns of Service Provider as it may determine in its discretion from time to time.
Provider of Services. Upon the completion of an assessment and determination of eligibility, services are provided by the respective agencies as the Payor of Last Resort (Cal. Gov. Code § 95014; 5 Cal. Code Regs. § 3031, 17 C.C.R. §§ 52022, 52109):
