The DOI will calibrate and maintain the below identified DNR RAWS sites: Chatanika, T- Lake, Stoney River, Telida, Willow, Ninilchik, Salcha, Goodpaster, Paxson, Flat, Homer, Chitina, Angel Creek, Xxxxxx Creek, Tok River Valley, Big Lake, Gold King, Skilak Guard, Chistochina, and Point MacKenzie. The USFS is responsible for the operation and maintenance of RAWS located within the Tongass and Chugach National Forests. RAWS schedules for NPS and FWS stations are determined by those agencies and may be maintained by other agencies under other agreements.

In addition, Company may require, in writing, that Seller remove from the work any employee the Company deems unsafe, incompetent, careless, or otherwise objectionable.
