PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION. The MOA holder may maintain promotional materials concerning the MOA and its team's capabilities. To protect the Government's interest in assuring accuracy and consistency in the promotion of the MOA, the eFAST COR will review and approve all promotional information, presentations, representations and/or publicity concerning the MOA prior to distribution, presentation, or publication. The submission must include a letter identifying the use, audience and/or distribution intended for the promotional information/materials.

PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION. 3.1 Wimberley will, at Wimberley’s expense, furnish Dealer with such quantities as is determined by Wimberley to be reasonable, of standard information and marketing literature in the English language relating to the Products. Upon the request of Wimberley, Dealer will, in a timely manner, return all manuals, product information letters, and similar material provided to Dealer by Wimberley. Wimberley reserves the right to review and approve any promotional materials regarding the Products developed by Dealer prior to their use.
PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION. Agent shall not use the MasterCard or Visa logos on any business card or stationery. MasterCard and Visa logos shall only be used on Cardservice approved promotional materials, and must contain the name, city and state of all of Cardservice's member bank(s) along with the MasterCard and/or Visa logo. Cardservice shall make available, from time to time, various pre-approved promotional materials.

Neither University nor Bank will share any User information as part of this Agreement. Further, Bank will not be required to provide any financial records or information relating to individual Users to University, nor will University be required to provide any student information records to Bank.
