Project Responsibility. The Resident Project Representative will be responsible for the documentation of pay quantities and estimates, and the maintenance of appropriate records related to the construction of this project.
Project Responsibility. The City’s Department of Community Development (“DCD”) is hereby designated as the representative of the City regarding all ESG Program matters and shall be responsible for the overall administration and management of that program and the manner in which the activities or projects described herein are conducted. The City will monitor the performance of the Subrecipient against goals and performance standards required in Attachment I - Scope of Work. Substandard performance as determined by the City will constitute non-compliance with the agreement. If, within a reasonable period of time after being notified by the City, Subrecipient does not take action to correct such substandard performance, City may initiate termination or suspension of the agreement, which may result in withdrawal or termination of funding, as set forth in Paragraphs 15 and 16 respectively.
Project Responsibility. The Grantee acknowledges that it bears sole responsibility for performing the services referred to in section 2.

Project Responsibility. The animal project is the student’s project and responsibility. All animal project management decisions will be made by the student/parent. The Agriculture teacher is available to assist and aid a student when a student requests assistance. The Agriculture teacher will closely monitor all show rules. Ethical treatment of animals is required at all times and rule violations will not be tolerated. Animal abuse will be determined by the Ag Science teacher and will result in the immediate removal of that student’s animal from the Show Barn Center. If an animal requires medical attention it is the student’s and parents’ responsibility to contact the nearest available Veterinarian.
Project Responsibility. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for and shall execute and complete all work and activities required in connection with the Project including professional design, engineering, approvals (including post-completion approvals) and licenses, sub-contracting (where permitted), construction, hire of equipment, purchasing and delivery of materials, quality assurance, erection, installation, inspection, commissioning and performance testing of civil, structure, interior, MEP, air conditioning, HVAC, fire protection, site works, landscaping, utilities, plumbing, electrical, gas and otherwise as described in this Contract. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the correctness, completeness and accuracy of all information and documents used or required in connection with the design and the Works.
