Program Report. When reports are required by the Contract, the Contractor shall provide them in the format approved by ADHS.
Program Report. Performance Outcome Measures (POM) Contractor shall maintain data and reports of performance outcome measures in compliance with the Federal and State requirements. Contractor shall make these data and reports available to the County upon request by the Director.
Program Report. The Participant must participate, at its own cost and as reasonably required by the Department, in studies, evaluations and other activities intended to analyse the success of each Project in achieving the Project Objectives and the Aim of the Project, on terms required by the Department. Such participation may, where required by the Department, include: allowing third parties access to the Property to undertake analysis and evaluation of the Program and the Project; and making reports (including Reports), records and other information available to third parties for the purposes of evaluation and analysis.
Program Report. The Project Team will create a draft report that document the process, methodologies, assumptions and draft fee rates. Initial Draft Reports will be submitted to City staff for review and comment. The Project Team will address City comments in the initial draft report, and will prepare and submit Administrative Draft Reports incorporating the comments. It is assumed that two iterations of review and comment of the Initial Draft Reports will be required. Based on the feedback received from City staff, the Project Team will revise the Administrative Draft Reports, and prepare and submit the Final Reports to be incorporated into the program document.
