Professional Liability Insurance Coverage. In addition to the insurance required in Attachment C to this Contract, before commencing work on this Contract and throughout the term of this Contract, Contractor agrees to procure and maintain Technology Professional Liability insurance for any and all services performed under this Contract, with minimum third party coverage of $2,000,000 per claim, $3,000,000 aggregate, and first party Breach Notification Coverage of not less than $2,000,000.
Professional Liability Insurance Coverage. The Consultant shall maintain at all times during the performance of services under this Agreement professional liability insurance coverage for errors, omissions, and negligent acts arising out of the performance of this Agreement in an amount per claim of not less than five (5) times the original Contract Ceiling Price or $1,000,000, whichever is less. Such insurance shall extend to the Consultant and to its legal representatives in the event of death, dissolution, or bankruptcy, and shall cover the errors, omissions, or negligent acts of the Consultant's subcontractors, agents, and employees. Such insurance shall extend to any errors, omissions, and negligent acts in the performance of services under this Agreement committed by the Consultant or alleged to have been committed by the Consultant or any person for whom the Consultant is legally responsible.
Professional Liability Insurance Coverage. Oakland shall provide a professional liability insurance program. Coverage shall consist of $1,000,000 arising out of any one occurrence because of personal injury or property damage or any combination thereof; to a maximum of $1,000,000 arising out of all occurrences during each policy year. Professional liability coverage does not include medical malpractice. Oakland shall pay the full cost of such insurance.
Professional Liability Insurance Coverage. The Provider, at its sole cost and expense, shall provide and maintain such policies of general liability and professional liability insurance, other insurance as shall be necessary to insure the Provider and its personnel and agents against any claims for damages arising by reason of personal injuries or death, directly or indirectly in connection with the performance of any service provided hereunder.
Professional Liability Insurance Coverage. MMC shall provide the Resident with a claims made professional liability insurance policy insuring Resident against claims arising from the performance of professional activities while the Resident is acting in the performance of his/her duties at MMC or in the course and scope of his/her assignment during approved rotations at other facilities, regardless of when the claim is made, as long as the underlying occurrence took place within the scope of the Resident's participation in the MMC residency program and his/her employment with MMC. The insurance policy includes a duty to provide a legal defense for Resident concerning covered claims. Since the insurance policy provides coverage for claims reported or filed after the completion of residency training, Resident shall not be required to purchase “tail coverage” (i.e., reporting endorsement) upon leaving graduate training at MMC.
Professional Liability Insurance Coverage. The Corporation may maintain professional liability insurance coverage for all, in such amounts as the may from time to time determine.
Professional Liability Insurance Coverage. SBBC shall provide the Humane Society proof of professional liability insurance coverage with minimum limits of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 for each student and faculty member. Students shall be required to be covered by their own health or accident insurance.

Professional Liability Insurance Coverage. The Employer shall provide a professional liability insurance program. Coverage shall consist of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand ($250,000.00) Dollars per person/Five Hundred Thousand ($500,000.00) Dollars per accident arising out of any one occurrence because of bodily injury and One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars property damage while acting within the scope of their professional responsibilities. The Employer shall pay the full cost of such insurance.
Professional Liability Insurance Coverage. Each party shall obtain and maintain at its own expense respectively, professional liability insurance, or in the case of SBCL only self-insurance, in the minimum amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per claim/occurrence and Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) per in the aggregate to cover said party for any and all liability it may have with respect to the provision of services pursuant to this Agreement or with respect to its responsibilities hereunder or any services performed by AmeriPath for or on behalf of SBCL. AmeriPath agrees to furnish SBCL upon request with a current and valid certificate of endurance relating to the extent of professional liability coverage called for under this Agreement. In the event of termination or nonrenewal of this Agreement, if AmeriPath did not maintain insurance on a claims-made basis for the full term of this Agreement (as is required under this Agreement), AmeriPath shall provide a reporting endorsement of "tail" coverage relating to AmeriPath's duties under this Agreement.
