Professional Liability Insurance Coverage. In addition to the insurance required in Attachment C to this Contract, before commencing work on this Contract and throughout the term of this Contract, Contractor agrees to procure and maintain Technology Professional Liability insurance for any and all services performed under this Contract, with minimum third party coverage of $2,000,000 per claim, $3,000,000 aggregate, and first party Breach Notification Coverage of not less than $2,000,000.

Professional Liability Insurance Coverage. The Consultant shall maintain at all times during the performance of services under this Agreement professional liability insurance coverage for errors, omissions, and negligent acts arising out of the performance of this Agreement in an amount per claim of not less than five (5) times the original Contract Ceiling Price or $1,000,000, whichever is less. Such insurance shall extend to the Consultant and to its legal representatives in the event of death, dissolution, or bankruptcy, and shall cover the errors, omissions, or negligent acts of the Consultant's subcontractors, agents, and employees. Such insurance shall extend to any errors, omissions, and negligent acts in the performance of services under this Agreement committed by the Consultant or alleged to have been committed by the Consultant or any person for whom the Consultant is legally responsible.
Professional Liability Insurance Coverage. Oakland shall provide a professional liability insurance program. Coverage shall consist of $1,000,000 arising out of any one occurrence because of personal injury or property damage or any combination thereof; to a maximum of $1,000,000 arising out of all occurrences during each policy year. Professional liability coverage does not include medical malpractice. Oakland shall pay the full cost of such insurance.

Professional Liability Insurance Coverage. The Employer shall provide a professional liability insurance program. Coverage shall consist of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand ($250,000.00) Dollars per person/Five Hundred Thousand ($500,000.00) Dollars per accident arising out of any one occurrence because of bodily injury and One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars property damage while acting within the scope of their professional responsibilities. The Employer shall pay the full cost of such insurance.
