Product Terms. Material Adverse Changes will not apply during the then-current Subscription term but will take effect upon renewal. All other changes will apply when they are published on the Product Terms site. In addition, for Software Subscriptions, if Customer chooses to update the Software to a new version before the end of the Subscription term, the terms in effect at the time of the update will apply to the use of that Software.
Product Terms. For third party technology product resold hereunder, Customer may be required to comply with or agree to certain end user license agreement terms and conditions (XXXX) related to the Products. In addition, Customer is responsible for its own connectivity, networks, hardware and software and compliance and usage related thereto, and the cyber security of any of its networks. JLL shall have no liability with respect to Customer’s cybersecurity, network access or any of the Products, and does not make any warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Products.
Product Terms. Customer must comply with the Product Terms, including Sections 4 (Rules of Conduct), 5 (Prohibited Materials) and 10 (Scholastic’s Proprietary Rights). Customer must also ensure that its Users comply with the Product Terms, and Customer shall be responsible for any User’s violation of the Product Terms. Any violation of the Product Terms by any User will be deemed a breach of this Agreement by Customer.

Buyer’s requirements for modules, which may or may not include similar components or equipment as the Products herein, are not included in Seller’s or Buyer’s obligations under this section.
Product Terms. To the extent that Genetec makes available any Genetec Product to Licensee in relation to this Agreement, Licensee agrees that access and use of such Genetec Product will be subject to separate terms and conditions under which Genetec generally agrees to license such Genetec Product to its customers (“Product Terms”). Licensee further agrees that the Product Terms will apply in addition to, and not in replacement of, the terms of this Agreement. Product Terms. COMPACT and Single Title Journal Subscriptions WHEREAS, therefore, the Licensor, Customer and the Licensees intend to establish a legal and economic framework to allow: (a) eligible authors from Licensees to publish open access articles in the Open Choice journals listed in Schedule 1 (Open Choice Journals), whereby article processing charges would be already considered as a part of the overall fees under these Product Terms; and (b) access to the journals listed in Schedule 3 (Content).
