Primary Checking. This is a non-dividend-earning checking account with no minimum balance requirement. The minimum opening deposit is $100. New Generation Checking – This is a non-dividend-earning checking account with no minimum balance requirement that is available only to individuals between the ages of 13 and 17. A parent or other sponsoring adult must be a joint owner. Account holders may request a debit card. Once the account holder reaches 18, the account will be converted to a Primary Checking account. The minimum opening deposit is $25. Fresh Start Checking – This is a non-dividend-earning checking account available to people who have account relationship reports, such as ChexSystems. The minimum opening deposit is $25. Refer to the Consumer Schedule of Fees for the applicable Monthly Service Fee. Members with a Fresh Start Checking Account who have maintained their account in good standing and without overdraft items for twelve (12) months may apply for any of our other checking accounts. Premier Checking Account – This is a dividend-earning checking account. The Annual Percentage Yield is variable and may change without notice. The account will be assessed a Minimum Balance Fee if the end-of-day balance in the account falls below $1,500 during a calendar month (refer to the current Consumer Schedule of Fees).

  • Checking The Contractor shall check all drawings and owner supplied specifications furnished him immediately, for individual Job Orders, upon their receipt and shall promptly notify the County of any discrepancies. Figures marked on drawings shall in general be followed in preference to scale measurements. Large-scale drawings shall in general govern small-scale drawings. Door, finish hardware; etc., schedules shall govern over drawings. The Contractor shall compare all drawings and verify the figures before laying out the Work and will be responsible for any errors, which might have been avoided thereby. When measurements are affected by conditions already established, the Contractor shall take measurements notwithstanding the giving of scale or figure dimensions in the drawings. Anything mentioned in the specifications and not shown on the drawings, or shown on the drawings and not mentioned in the specifications, shall be of like effect as if shown or mentioned in both.

  • Operating Account To the extent funds are not required to be placed in a lockbox pursuant to any Loan Documents, Property Manager shall deposit all rents and other funds collected from the operation of the Property in a reputable bank or financial institution in a special trust or depository account or accounts for the Property maintained by Property Manager for the benefit of the Company (such accounts, together with any interest earned thereon, shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Operating Account”). Property Manager shall maintain books and records of the funds deposited in and withdrawals from the Operating Account. With funds from Company, Property Manager shall maintain the Operating Account so that an amount at least as great as the budgeted expenses for such month is in the Operating Account as of the first of each month. From the Operating Account, Property Manager shall pay the operating expenses of the Property and any other payments relative to the Property as required by this Agreement. If more than one account is necessary to operate the Property, each account shall have a unique name, except to the extent any Lender requires sub-accounts within any account. Within three (3) months after receipt by Property Manager, all rents and other funds collected in the Operating Account, after payment of all operating expenses, debt service and such amounts as may be determined by the Property Manager to be retained for reserves or improvements, shall be paid to the Company.

  • Account Alerts The Account Alerts service is a tool for managing accounts. By enrolling for Account Alerts, you expressly consent to the Credit Union communicating with you by email or text with contact information you have provided. Account Alerts should not be relied upon solely for account information. While the Credit Union makes every effort to ensure alerts are delivered as expected, there are conditions that may make the alerts unreliable such as, but not limited to: spam filters, relay detectors, inaccurate or obsolete email addresses, network or system failures, etc. The Credit Union recommends that the service be tested prior to regular use to identify any limiting conditions that may be present. The Credit Union does not guarantee the delivery of any account alert.

  • FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content.   • Account Monitoring Merchant acknowledges that Servicer will monitor Merchant’s daily deposit activity. Servicer may upon reasonable grounds suspend disbursement of Merchant's funds for any reasonable period of time required to investigate suspicious or unusual deposit activity. Servicer will make good faith efforts to notify Merchant promptly following suspension. Servicer is not liable to Merchant for any loss, either direct or indirect, which Merchant may attribute to any suspension of funds disbursement.
