Preserve Goodwill. The Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve intact the Purchased Business and Purchased Assets and to carry on the Purchased Business as currently conducted, and the Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to promote and preserve for the Purchaser the goodwill of suppliers, customers, Subscribers and others having business relations with the Seller;
Preserve Goodwill. The Vendor shall use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve, intact the Assets, the Business and to promote and preserve for the Purchaser the goodwill of suppliers, customers and others having business relations with the Business.

Preserve Goodwill. The Vendor shall use its best efforts to preserve, and cause the Corporation to preserve intact, and the Corporation shall use its best efforts to preserve intact, the Business and the property, assets, operations and affairs of the Corporation and to carry on the Business and the affairs of the Corporation as currently conducted, and to promote and preserve for the Purchaser the goodwill of suppliers, customers and others having business relations with the Corporation;
Preserve Goodwill. The Vendor shall use reasonable commercial efforts (i) to preserve intact the portion of the Business it conducts and its property, assets, operations and affairs relating to such portion of the Business and to cause the portion of the Business conducted by it to be carried on as currently conducted, and (ii) to preserve for the Purchaser the goodwill of suppliers, customers and others having business relations with the portion of the Business that the Vendor conducts; and
Preserve Goodwill. Licensees shall ensure that all representations of the MDS Marks shall be used in a manner so as to ensure the preservation and enhancement of the goodwill attaching to the MDS Marks. Licensees shall not advertise, exploit, promote, market or otherwise operate the Diagnostics Business using the MDS Marks in any manner which will or is reasonably likely to adversely affect the reputation of Licensor or the validity or distinctiveness of the MDS Marks.
Preserve Goodwill. 117 shall preserve intact the Assets and Business and promote and preserve the goodwill of others having business relations with it.
Preserve Goodwill. Valorem shall preserve intact its assets and business and promote and preserve the goodwill of employees and others having business relations with Valorem.
Preserve Goodwill. RNC shall use its best efforts to preserve intact the Contributed Assets and to carry on the business of the Project as currently conducted and to promote and preserve for the Limited Partnership the goodwill of suppliers, customers and others having business relations with RNC in connection with the Project;
Preserve Goodwill. New Age shall preserve intact its assets and business and promote and preserve the goodwill of employees and others having business relations with New Age.
