Pre-Funding Account and Capitalized Interest Account. (a) On the Startup Day, the Depositor will deposit in the Pre-Funding Account, on behalf of the Owners of the Offered Certificates, from the proceeds of the sale of the Offered Certificates, the Original Pre-Funded Amount.

Pre-Funding Account and Capitalized Interest Account. (a) The Trustee shall establish and maintain the Pre-Funding Account and the Capitalized Interest Account, each to be held in trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders. Each of the Pre-Funding Account and the Capitalized Interest Account shall be an Eligible Account.
