The Company’s and its subsidiaries’ conflicts of interest, investment allocation and operating policies and investment guidelines described in the General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus accurately reflect in all material respects the current intentions of the Company and its subsidiaries with respect to the operation of its business.
